Website and inquiries

This website describes CrewSteward’s AI receptionist and business automation pilot. Emailing us starts an inquiry; it does not create a service agreement, book an appointment, or confirm a price. Pilot scope, fees, responsibilities, and permitted automation are established in a separate agreement.

Human decisions and emergencies

AI-generated information can contain errors and should be reviewed where appropriate. The pilot’s authority depends on the participating contractor’s approved rules. CrewSteward does not provide HVAC repair instructions or guarantee technician availability through this website. This website and inquiry email are not emergency channels. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services.

SMS program status

SMS notifications are not currently active. The planned CrewSteward notification program is for participating business owners or authorized staff who explicitly opt in to receive customer-request summaries and operational alerts. It is not a marketing program. Sending an email inquiry or visiting this website does not enroll you in SMS.

Consent and message details

Before activation, recipients must receive the program details and give explicit consent through an approved enrollment process. Message frequency will vary with requests and alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out and help

Once the SMS program is active, recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. You can also request help or removal by emailing hello@crewsteward.com. Automated replies and suppression must be enabled before messages are sent.

Delivery limits

SMS delivery may be delayed or fail. Text notifications are not a substitute for an emergency response service or a guaranteed dispatch procedure. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
